Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

Boy changed the windshield water without asking me . Car was washed free . AJ was so nice , polite… and knowledgeable about the work. Car was serviced before time . When I described to them what was happening I was actually driving my car, and the lady that answered the phone let me drop it off immediately because of the nature of the problem. They got me… into a brand new 2018 Civic with all the features just for a diagnosis. They were thorough, informative helpful, and were very respectful of my schedule since there were many times I just couldn't answer the phone. It was great to have a reliable loaner for an entire week, well worth the $70 it cost for the diagnosis (especially if you use your car for app-based flexible supplemental income, I made well over the $70 just by having a working car). Anthony Baines is a super friendly, helpful and service minded worker. This isn't my first time with them, and every time I am pleased. So much loyalty for this dealer!!!Great Service Experience

Love the perks, like free car wash and complimentary vehicle while mine was in the… shop. The chairs are very comfortable, and the café serves a variety of drinks and food. Thanks!Satisfied and the best waiting room!!

My only complaints are the wait time, which I wasn’t expecting since it was during the week and I couldn’t do much about because I am not old enough to borrow a car,… and for some reason there was too much air put into my tires so the light came on and I had to take some of the air out of them. Overall though I was satisfied with my experience.We're so happy to know that you choose us for service, Rachael! Maint dept is the best!

I spend a lot of money with Honda and getting this little connector added at no cost was very much appreciated and confirms why I trust Honda… Service over everyone else's. You do professional work and won't charge me for things you don't have to. Looking forward to my next car from you folks!!! RichardHmm

by Christy on 08/13/2018Upon arriving we were told to pull up and pop hood. We waited with 3 babies in the car with a bad AC in August. Finally I asked what was to happen. A man helped me get 3 children inside and said that the service advisor will come get me.… Then when I came back to return loaner car and get my car there was no signage where to pull in the loaners. I asked and had to make a U turn to put it where it needed to go. Signs would be very helpful. Then I was told to sit and wait for my advisor. Then when my advisor went somewhere else I was told to go to parts to pick up. Then in parts they could not find my ticket so then they took me to advisors office to sit and wait. My loaner car was good my service was good but turning in my car and picking it up was a MESS!We want to thank you for choosing us for your Service needs, Christy! This does not sound at all like the experience we strive to deliver and we want to apologize that things did not go more smoothly. We have recently installed signs for better direction, both on the building and on the ground.
