First Texas Honda

I dropped off my car for a check engine light. When I described to them what was happening I was actually driving my car, and the lady that answered the phone let me drop it off immediately because of the nature of the problem. They got me into a brand new 2018 Civic with all the features just for a diagnosis. They were thorough, informative helpful, and were very respectful of my schedule since there were many times I just couldn't answer the phone. It was great to have a reliable loaner for an entire week, well worth the $70 it cost for the diagnosis (especially if you use your car for app-based flexible supplemental income, I made well over the $70 just by having a working car). Anthony Baines is a super friendly, helpful and service minded worker. This isn't my first time with them, and every time I am pleased. So much loyalty for this dealer!!!
