Dealership Service Review
Upon arriving we were told to pull up and pop hood. We waited with 3 babies in the car with a bad AC in August. Finally I asked what was to happen. A man helped me get 3 children inside and said that the service advisor will come get me. Then when I came back to return loaner car and get my car there was no signage where to pull in the loaners. I asked and had to make a U turn to put it where it needed to go. Signs would be very helpful. Then I was told to sit and wait for my advisor. Then when my advisor went somewhere else I was told to go to parts to pick up. Then in parts they could not find my ticket so then they took me to advisors office to sit and wait. My loaner car was good my service was good but turning in my car and picking it up was a MESS!
