I injured my left foot on my way to return my loaner and pick up my Odyssey. I could hardly walk by the time I arrived. The valet helped me walk to the service center, brought me some water, helped carry some of my things and went and pulled my car up to the curb so I didn't have to walk all the way to my car. Now that's customer service!!
