I only was at the car lot for a couple of hours and was out the… door with a new car thanks to Lati's hard work.Always great

The salesperson was patient, willing to address any questions, either in person,… by phone, or by email. He was insistent that they answer any questions or concerns that I had about the automobile. The finance session, also was pleasant. No pressure, just a straightforward explanation of options they offered, costs, and if I said, no thank you, we moved on. I definitely recommend them.This is exactly the type of experience we strive to provide every single customer! I had test driven 2014 and 2015 Foresters and Crosstreks last year with Danny, but I wasn't quite ready to buy. He made such a great impression --… relaxed, knowledgeable and low pressure -- I knew that when I was ready to buy, he would be a great salesman to work with. I've only had the car a couple of days, but I love my new 2016 Forester. It's incredibly comfortable, very good looking, and in spite of flooding in our area this week, I feel very solid on the road. Altogether, could not be happier with my experience at Austin Subaru or my new Forester.Recent 2016 Subaru Outback Purchase

Our sales consultant, Roger Mathhews, was very knowledgable about the Subaru product line. Roger did a superb job of providing information and… maintaining contact through our decision making process; he did not overstep and become intrusive. The car delivery process was smooth. Jesse York, the owner concierge at Austin Subaru, did a thorough and masterful job of teaching us about our new car's features. After one week of new car owner experience, my wife and I are very satisfied with the Outback, a car we intend to own for many years. Of special note is the EyeSight driver assist feature - it performs better than expected, a true driver assist system!These guys are so awesome!

He was extremely low pressure, made me feel completely comfortable with the car before even suggesting the sale, and I really couldn't be more… happy with the customer service I received from start to finish. They were always very busy when I walked in (without an appointment) but I was always greeted and seen extremely fast regardless. John really went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy with the car and terms of the sale, and he did things for me that no other dealership would offer to do. Example- they have a car loaner program where you can test drive the car you are interested in all day or overnight in order to really make sure you love the car. I did so, and that night I really went through the engine and under the car to make sure everything looked great. I shouldn't have bothered because the car looked and runs amazing. I could not be happier with my used car I purchased from John Martinez. Thank you so much Austin Subaru, you have such a great member of your sales team!!!2015 BRZ purchase

He is very knowledgeable and not pushy but not a morose take it or leave it salesman either. He knows that people seek out Subbies yet he… doesn't come off as overbearing and cocky. He is also NOT a backseat driver as some salesmen tend to bark off directions while test driving a vehicle. And yes, he drives a Subbie. Although we have decided against buying one for the meantime, he has impressed us enough to shamelessly endorse him.Choosing the right vehicle

I asked questions over a two week period. Then we began to test drive several models including… Outback, Forester, Legacy and Impreza. We decided on the 2014 Forester. We've had the vehicle for two weeks and we're still impressed with the performance of and the comfort built into this model Subaru. Our salesperson was and is still very attentive and concerned that we are satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. I would recommend the dealership and the salesperson to family and personal friends.Very Accomodating

Our salesperson, Marc, was so knowledgable about our new car, we were very impressed with him. Everything he said was upfront even on our trade-in, there was no… hidden costs on our purchase. Even thought we do not live in the Austin area, we will be taking our car back for all the schedule maintenance. Very pleased!
