Austin Subaru

I am so impressed with the service I received from Austin Subaru and specifically John Martinez. He was extremely low pressure, made me feel completely comfortable with the car before even suggesting the sale, and I really couldn't be more happy with the customer service I received from start to finish. They were always very busy when I walked in (without an appointment) but I was always greeted and seen extremely fast regardless. John really went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy with the car and terms of the sale, and he did things for me that no other dealership would offer to do. Example- they have a car loaner program where you can test drive the car you are interested in all day or overnight in order to really make sure you love the car. I did so, and that night I really went through the engine and under the car to make sure everything looked great. I shouldn't have bothered because the car looked and runs amazing. I could not be happier with my used car I purchased from John Martinez. Thank you so much Austin Subaru, you have such a great member of your sales team!!!
