I dealt with Ethan Vlam initially, then with Jay Hall. Ethan was good at answers to my questions and responsive and I enjoyed dealing with him. I got passed off to Jay Hall after I came back from a trip and Ethan was gone. Jay handled all the details of my purchase and followed up with everything and I was happy to work with him.
