Easy In - Find the Best Value - Purchase - Thoughtful Out
by DrGKLott on 07/05/2018We were searching for a luxury SUV to tow our 2004 30' Airstream trailer. We wanted all the new, active safety features along with towing power and comfort for many miles and years. Made an initial QX80 inventory selection and requested an… appointment using the Internet at 8:10 pm Tuesday, June 26. Emily at Austin Infiniti responded by phone and Internet at 8:25 am Wednesday June 27. She arranged an appointment with Maurice, certified sales consultant, that fit my schedule, on Thursday, June 28 at 1:30 pm. When I arrived at the scheduled time, Maurice greeted me and had the 2018 QX80 ready for a test drive. After discussion about our intended use and driving habits, Maurice recommended we consider a 2017 certified pre-owned QX80 Limited - with only 1200 miles that the dealership had just received. I departed at 3:00 pm. By phone I arranged for a second test drive at 5:00 pm the same Thursday afternoon. Arrived at 5:00, and Maurice had the 2017 QX80 Limited ready. After a test drive and our family discussion, we decided to purchase the 2017 CPO QX80 Limited. Mark, Business Manager, joined us and we discussed payment options, extended warranty options, pre-paid maintenance plans, and the Platinum Protection Plan. We also discussed additional options and accessories. After finalizing our selections, I filled out some of the sales paperwork, and departed at 7:00 pm. When I returned Friday morning at 9:00 am, Mark had all the paperwork ready. We completed the entire sales transaction in about 30-40 minutes. At 1:00 Friday afternoon, Maurice picked me up in our new QX80 at our home. Upon returning to Austin Infiniti, John, client relations specialist, spent an hour going over all aspects of the new QX80 - including connecting my iPhone with the vehicle systems. I departed with our beautiful QX80 Friday afternoon at 2:30. The entire process from initial contact to driving away was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. We departed having achieved the best value for our intended use. Maurice is a superb sales representative - who quickly understood our needs. His CPO recommendation saved us $20k from purchasing a properly equipped 2018 that fit our needs and preferences. Mike make the sales transaction process swift and understandable. From start to finish, Austin Infiniti treated us as valued customers. We can highly recommend Austin Infiniti and their professional staff - especially Maurice.Leasing A Car

Danny was always responsive to my questions and requests but was… never pushy. Simply, he more than earned his commission on this transaction. I can't imagine buying my next vehicle from any dealership other than Austin Infinity. Kristi Freitag (Design Center Consultant) and Chris Wanken (Business Manager) with Austin Infiniti were also a pleasure to work with during this experience. Best Car Purchase Experience

I called Austin Infiniti about a car that they had online and was connected to Gil Garcia. It turned out the car did… not have everything we were looking for, but Gil took a list of things that were important to my wife and I and said he would keep an eye out for us. We had heard this from several other salesmen without any call backs, so we didn't put any hope into it. Just a couple weeks went by and I received a call from Gil with the exact car that we had been looking for from the beginning. I was impressed that he actually took the time to listen to what we needed versus trying to sell us something we did not want. The entire sales process was very smooth and not your typical car purchasing experience. I would highly recommend Austin Infiniti and more importantly Gil Garcia. Inifinti Salesman Joe Antenorcruz (Don't Utilize)!
by Tangia on 02/26/2015My husband did a trade in for a G37 2010 for a 2013. 2013 quoted at $27,719 when they are selling them for $25,500 which is the Dealer blue book. Gave him $13,000 for 2010 which should have been $15,500. Salesman said he wouldn't take… advantage. I said, "Sure you would. That's your job. Is to take advantage of the consumer." He said, "Well sorry that's what Joe agreed too. We didn't charge for the the free tint. You can bring the car back & we can work a deal." I said, "Yeah we bring it back. You might pay it off but we loose the $21,600 equity in the 2010. We only had 8k due on the 2010. Now we owe another 26,880 over 48m. So we're going to pay $48k over 7yrs & get only one car. What kind of deal is that?"G37S

I was offered $4000 less than my trade was worth and they wanted me to pay $3000 more than the car I was looking at was worth. I was not being unreasonable as another… dealership was able to make this deal. [non-permissible content removed] has lost my business for LIFE. I will not purchase a car here EVER!! You want a real dealership where you will be treated fairly go to Sewell Infiniti of Dallas. I had my first horrible experience at Infiniti of Austin in 2010 and then again in 2014. All three Infiniti vehicles I purchased were from other dealerships due to the fact that they want to rob their customer's instead of make lifelong clients. I was even told that the car I was interested in was sold and I contacted the dealer again shortly after I found out that the car was still available on the lot. This was either a LIE by the salesman or a bait and switch scheme. On a lighter note my G37S Sedan is gorgeous and I am very happy I purchased it from Sewell Infiniti.Sean worked with us back in early October of last year on a pre-owned 2013 G37. That vehicle did in fact sell to another client on October 10th. Sean's trade-in was an Infiniti with an accident history reported by Carfax. It had approximately 98,000 miles but our staff incorrectly entered it into our software system as having 198,000 miles. Consequently, our original trade-in offer to Sean was inaccurate. However, once we learned of our error, our salesperson immediately reached out to Sean with our final and correct trade-in value of $8,000 Our sincerest apologies go out to Sean. Our General Manager, Allen Clauss, would like to offer Sean a complimentary oil/filter change and a complete interior/exterior detail at the time of his choosing.
