Austin INFINITI

We had been looking for a new car for several months and had not really had much luck with any dealership or salesman. I called Austin Infiniti about a car that they had online and was connected to Gil Garcia. It turned out the car did not have everything we were looking for, but Gil took a list of things that were important to my wife and I and said he would keep an eye out for us. We had heard this from several other salesmen without any call backs, so we didn't put any hope into it. Just a couple weeks went by and I received a call from Gil with the exact car that we had been looking for from the beginning. I was impressed that he actually took the time to listen to what we needed versus trying to sell us something we did not want. The entire sales process was very smooth and not your typical car purchasing experience. I would highly recommend Austin Infiniti and more importantly Gil Garcia.
