by GotTook on 07/04/2019Terrible experience, let me just say was shown an incorrect car fax, bought a used vehicle from this dealership and when I got it home found out it was in more than the one listed accident and it had structural damage. They offered no help… in repairing the vehicle. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership beware, they do not stand behind their sales. Always taking a chance buying a used vehicle but they knew this one was broken when they sold it and yes I was the sucker who fell for the scam.Great Car Buying Experience

When I arrived to dealership Travis came out greet me and my family. Entire time spent at… dealership was amazing and we had a best deal in town. Every questions we got answered. They amazed me with an offer for the car i was looking, tried to find any fine print and for my surprise everything was clear cut , I am very happy with the entire experience, I got the car on same day, I would highly recommend to visit Vandergriff Acura and ask for Max and/or Dan if you like plain/simple no gimmicks/no up selling.Travis is the best!

I was met with Ed Nash, a salesman and I told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me two options that… best fit my description, we test drove both cars, and I finally ended purchasing one of them. The process was very smooth and what I was impressed most with was Ed's knowledge of the cars, his expertise, and most importantly, his non-abrasive demeanor. He was so kind and gentle, yet serious and knew he wasn't lying to you to get ahead. His honesty is what sold me the car in the end and I wish all of my transactions in life would go just as smoothly as this one did at Vandergriff Acura with Ed!New Car Sales

The stories I hear about grueling paperwork and shady salesmen definitely made me cautious. But I am so glad that I went… to Vandergriff Acura and that Max Coker was able to help me get a great car! I had zero credit and no down payment other than a car with nearly 200,000 miles on it. I was so scared that I either wouldn't get approved for a car or that my payments would be astronomical. Max got in touch with me before I even made a trip out to discuss options, he sent me links to cars that he thought might fit my needs and budget and didn't try to pursuade me to get a car I didn't love. In the end he was able to get me more than what I was expecting for my trade in and got me into a great reliable safe car that fit within my budget! He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, which was very helpful! He was so accommodating and patient with my indecisiveness and many questions. I could not have asked for a better experience, I am beyond grateful for his assistance and so impressed with the level of service we received. He was very… helpful and we were very happy with our overall experience. While a couple of issues did arise during the process, Max worked with management (I felt as our advocate) to get everything worked out to our complete satisfaction and Skyla Rios got us back on the road back home in about 3 hours. Thanks Max & Skyla !!!24 hours of delight and weeks of finance nightmare
by Silvercomet on 02/03/2017There is no zero star that stands for "We have been robbed." The day of purchase was smooth and went wonderfully... expected as they are cushioning the bottom line. We are now ready to file a Better Business complaint as the finance side of… this deal has been unorganized and horrendous. As we have done for years in the past, I would go in with your own financing or not do business with this dealership. Due to Acura's lack of organization, returning calls and empty promises we have been charged late fees for which we haven't been late. It took them over a month to "overnight" a payoff on previous car and now our credit score will be adversely affected. If you work hard and try to be a good steward, this not the place for you. We were referred by Car Pro. If you are getting that referral I would ask for who else is on the list. We pray that no hard working family has the financial run around that Vandergriff has put us through.Thanks to Max Coker and Travis Nguyen
by 10056Street on 12/18/2016Over the internet, with just a few emails, we reached agreement on a "great buy" out-the-door (drive-away) price. The deal included no extras, no financing, and no trade-in that could give the dealer a chance at extra profit. And yet,… when we arrived at the dealership, sales people (Max and Travis) could not have been nicer or more patient as we took a test drive and my wife picked car colors. It is hard to find both a full service experience and a bargain price in one place. But we found both at Vandergriff Acura.Great Offer!!

Phillip invited us in and insisted that he could make us a great… offer that day. I can honestly say he did and during the negotiation process, he never gave up on us after being told no several times. We were impressed with his excellent customer service. The deal was done in no time and I was driving off the lot in my new Acura. Keep up the great work Phillip!!Great Dealership!

I feel I get fair deals without a lot of negotiating (I dislike haggling) , and I get very… responsive and service in the service department. My salesman on this visit was ALEX Lindgren. He was very nice, patient, easy to work with, patient and helped us greatly with completing the deal and setting up the technology settings in our new MDX. Wesley Kammer was very, very nice working with us on the pricing side.
