Worked through issues, but Completely Satisfied

We live in a neighboring state but when I found a 2014 RDX at Vandergriff Acura through USAA’s Car Buying Service, Max Coker contacted me promptly and provided what I needed to make a basic decision before we drove down. He was very helpful and we were very happy with our overall experience. While a couple of issues did arise during the process, Max worked with management (I felt as our advocate) to get everything worked out to our complete satisfaction – and Skyla Rios got us back on the road back home in about 3 hours. Thanks Max & Skyla !!!
