Over the internet, with just a few emails, we reached agreement on a "great buy" out-the-door (drive-away) price. The deal included no extras, no financing, and no trade-in that could give the dealer a chance at extra profit. And yet, when we arrived at the dealership, sales people (Max and Travis) could not have been nicer or more patient as we took a test drive and my wife picked car colors.
