Pesimo servicio

La persona que me atencio no fue a trabajar. El miercoles fui a reclamar mi auto y averiguar que habia… pasado. El servicio de Lyft fue deficiente de ida a mi casa el conductor revazo el limite de velocidad por 10 millas y en el regreso la conductora se paso el seaford en rojo. Todo fue u fiazco.Happy Camper

Cristian Cerrano Is Awesome
by Donnetta on 07/13/2023I visit Mini of Arlington for all of my service needs. The waiting room is comfortable. The bathroom is always clean. Cold, bottled water is always available, and the manager offered me a bottle as soon as I walked in the door. Cristian… indicated that it would take about two hours to take care of the brake fluid and wash Diablita Roja, and service was complete in just a few minutes less than that. The wash was COMPLIMENTARY. I knew from the website what the cost would BE for the brake fluid, and the 10% discount for scheduling my appointment later in the afternoon covered the taxes.Thank you for your kind words! Christian and the guys help me out everytime with competitive Mini/BMW pricing, clear… communication on why a repair is needed, and super fast turn around. Overheated on a Saturday
by Stephanie on 06/11/2023After a 3 hour ordeal to get the overheated Mini Cooper towed in for service my patience were spent. Christian received me in and had an empathetic ear that when coupled with a strong commitment for customer satisfaction more than exceeded… my expectations and needs! From intake to pickup they had my car for a total of 3 hours and completed replacement of front and rear brake pads as well as the crank pulley.Thank you so much for your kind words! Our service rep was Herbert and he did an excellent job of getting us in and out on a very busy Saturday morning. I’ve become accustomed ( spoiled really ) to having excellent service done by… Mini in general and I was pleasantly reminded of that again here at this location.Thank you for your kind words! This visit was a followup to a March 2018 repair for the rodent damage, didn't get it all the first time. Ate into an engine cable and the door locking… wiring. Both times Mini of Arlington came through with a brand new Mini loaner. Their Reps worked with the insurer to get all the work done correctly, done at the negotiated cost. Great experience, thank you Jacob Gordon and the great Techs at Mini of Arlington.Great Service!
