Ollie is our 2021 Cooper Countryman Oxford. Our service rep was Herbert and he did an excellent job of getting us in and out on a very busy Saturday morning. I’ve become accustomed ( spoiled really ) to having excellent service done by Mini in general and I was pleasantly reminded of that again here at this location.
