Overheated on a Saturday

After a 3 hour ordeal to get the overheated Mini Cooper towed in for service my patience were spent. Christian received me in and had an empathetic ear that when coupled with a strong commitment for customer satisfaction more than exceeded my expectations and needs! From intake to pickup they had my car for a total of 3 hours and completed replacement of front and rear brake pads as well as the crank pulley.
