Cristian Cerrano Is Awesome

I visit Mini of Arlington for all of my service needs. The waiting room is comfortable. The bathroom is always clean. Cold, bottled water is always available, and the manager offered me a bottle as soon as I walked in the door. Cristian indicated that it would take about two hours to take care of the brake fluid and wash Diablita Roja, and service was complete in just a few minutes less than that. The wash was COMPLIMENTARY. I knew from the website what the cost would BE for the brake fluid, and the 10% discount for scheduling my appointment later in the afternoon covered the taxes.
