Warranty repair of an interior panel

It didn't seem to be an issue he had seen before but he immediately took the truck back to the… service area and made the repairs.Hi, we appreciate your input. by Gage Morris on 02/15/2023Should have read the reviews. It all started off well, found a used SUV on the website. Did THIER pre-approval before showing up, scheduled the test drive with Akim. After the test drive the textbook stealership shenanigans began. 2.5hr… negotiating and running credit, AGAIN. Going into finance and the real fun begins, Sindia Estrella (very unprofessional) swirling papers in front of me repeating “they are telling us everything needs a signature, sign this” at this point the dealership is closed and there is me and 4 employees. I questioned some changes to the loan terms, being told “that’s how the bank approved the loan” wanting to get out of there we signed and I left. Reviewing my paperwork due to a dead battery on my new purchase(looking for a guarantee)I noticed a $3,348 warranty through the dealer for only the engine, at a whopping 18k of coverage what a steal!! I was very clear during the entire process I wanted to purchase the vehicle as is, after requesting to cancel the unwanted “warranty” I’ve been repeatedly given the run around. Zero attempt at resolution Overall my experience with AutoNation Ford Arlington was very disappointing.Hi Gage, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Ford Arlington.
