Peggy for the Win!

Communication and customer service are important. When it comes to servicing your vehicle, there can be multiple personal puzzle pieces (schedules, vacations, etc) you move around in order to meet the needs to get the job done. Peggy returned phone calls, was clear in the steps it will take to get the job done, and provided recommendations. Peggy doesn’t mess around. I know I’m in good hands and my vehicle is in good hands when Peggy is the lead.
