    I had my truck in for a routine oil change but the oil pan was stripped. The part had to be ordered but it was still 2 weeks before I got my truck back. I would have thought I should have gotten a complimentary oil change, but I still had to pay for the oil change. Not exactly what I would call concierge service.

    Got to my vehicle as quick as they could, even with the sudden snow/ice that shut down the area. Discovered issue was under recall / warranty & saved me some money too. Very professional.

  • Great Truck, Great Service, Annoying Surveys!

    Worked us in on a busy Saturday and we greatly appreciate it. These surveys sure are annoying, though. I bet I have received 15 surveys since I purchased the truck in late April from either Lawrence Hall or GM. Really don't have time for this stuff. Love the service, love the dealership and love the truck, but ya'll really should be more confident in yourselves. You do a good job - you shouldn't have to badger us with surveys to continually ask!

    I had a last minute 1200 mile road trip and only 48 hrs to plan for it. I realized less than 24hrs in advance that I needed my oil change and I only had a small window to get to the dealership and get it taken care of. I went at 12pm, on my way to pick up lunch for the office, and asked if I could come back at 2 pm. I told the guys that I had a 3pm work apt and asked if I could get a loaner if the car took too long and one of the gentleman said that wouldn't be a problem, however, when I arrived they said they had no more loaners left. After I found the guy who I had spoke with at 12pm and explain what had happened, he immediately took my car into the shop and made sure the oil was changed AND my rear right tire got patched for my road trip all in the short hour I had available. The guys really came through for me and I appreciate all their help. From my salesman Steve Porter to the maintenance dept, I always receive the highest standard of customer service. Thank you.

    The only negative part of my service was how long it took.. It took 2 hours and the waiting area was uncomfortable. I kept seeing big black bugs in the waiting area. Amy the cashier went above and beyond when trying to figure out why my warranty wasn't showing up in the system and even contacted the original salesman in El campo and faxed him the paperwork.

    I feel like Casey went the extra mile. I asked him a question on a Saturday morning that he did not know the answer to, but he wrote down my question and called me back today with the answer.
