I had a last minute 1200 mile road trip and only 48 hrs to plan for it. I realized less than 24hrs in advance that I needed my oil change and I only had a small window to get to the dealership and get it taken care of. I went at 12pm, on my way to pick up lunch for the office, and asked if I could come back at 2 pm. I told the guys that I had a 3pm work apt and asked if I could get a loaner if the car took too long and one of the gentleman said that wouldn't be a problem, however, when I arrived they said they had no more loaners left. After I found the guy who I had spoke with at 12pm and explain what had happened, he immediately took my car into the shop and made sure the oil was changed AND my rear right tire got patched for my road trip all in the short hour I had available. The guys really came through for me and I appreciate all their help. From my salesman Steve Porter to the maintenance dept, I always receive the highest standard of customer service. Thank you.
