onThe only negative part of my service was how long it took.. It took 2 hours and the waiting area was uncomfortable. I kept seeing big black bugs in the waiting area. Amy the cashier went above and beyond when trying to figure out why my warranty wasn't showing up in the system and even contacted the original salesman in El campo and faxed him the paperwork.
