Express oil change and tire rotation
by Love Subaru on 11/14/2023Came in with my 2015 Outback at 9 AM on Thursday. My service advisor was expecting me and ran the car back right away. I waited for the car and it was ready to go in less than 20 minutes.Mr Dan Fuqua
by Doobiedan on 09/25/2023I needed an oil change and service. I hadn’t ever used the Covington Pike Dealership before. I explained that I needed to take some friends to the Airport and I would need a loaner while my car was repaired. They accommodated me… immediately. They sent me a video of the car as they were working on it and explained everything. I will use them from now on.

Basic Service
by Farrf drive on 05/16/2023I went in for an oil change and a nail on tire. I was always sent video of what they have done and what may be coming up to work on. So I can respect that.Friendly, polite, overpriced and under performing
by Last trip on 04/03/2023Came in for a 50K maintenance job. Had to struggle to NOT get an oil change and tire rotation (as I had taken care of those elsewhere just days before.) Explained my mileage had gotten crappy-- avg 25mpg (4cyl) and it used to be 29+. They… changed plugs, flushed brake lines, etc., but wanted ANOTHER $300 to "clean the fuel injectors" and almost $300 more for the differential. I googled both and both would be good things to do-- but prices were listed as $100 or less. I declined. Still paid over $700. And guess what? My mileage isn't any better. I would think a 50K maintenance package at $700 would INCLUDE the fuel injectors. Booo.Mrs Linda Bolden

Oil change and tire rotation completed within 25 minutes. Service team was… courteous, efficient and professional. Very pleased with service. Highly recommend service team.Dama and the Crew
by joblack1 on 02/08/2017I have had my 2014 Forrester since 10/2013 and have been a faithful Jim Keras customer. Dama has made me feel like I was a special customer every time we have spoken. She and the schedulers are some of the most courteous customer service… people I have dealt with. She has given me good information when I was having a little problem and advised me to bring it in when the problem was not as small as I thought. I have never felt that I was being unfairly with any service that has been provided. I would and have suggested that a couple of friends take their cars there for service. Jim Keras should be very proud of Dama and the whole service department.
