Friendly, polite, overpriced and under performing

Came in for a 50K maintenance job. Had to struggle to NOT get an oil change and tire rotation (as I had taken care of those elsewhere just days before.) Explained my mileage had gotten crappy-- avg 25mpg (4cyl) and it used to be 29+. They changed plugs, flushed brake lines, etc., but wanted ANOTHER $300 to "clean the fuel injectors" and almost $300 more for the differential. I googled both and both would be good things to do-- but prices were listed as $100 or less. I declined. Still paid over $700. And guess what? My mileage isn't any better. I would think a 50K maintenance package at $700 would INCLUDE the fuel injectors. Booo.
