    Gary was very informative of the van. Told Me everything I needed to know about the van! Loved his info! Ron and Phillip worked hard to get us the best deal! Even jennifer at the front desk kept my older kids entertained while we did the process of paperwork! Great service All around!

    I bought a used car here and was very pleased with the service. Gabriel Aguilar was very helpful with the process and didn't pressure us at all. Other staff members were nice and willing to assist us if needed.

    This was our fist time using AutoNation at Covington Pike. When car buying comes around, I dread the event. I went with my wife and two children, 10 and 14. We wre made to feel at home as soon as we entered. The sales manager and introduced himself, then directed us to the sales person we had an apointment with. Duane and Mary were very helpful. We told them we had a trade-in and expected a particular value. We were also looking to lease and wanted a Honda Odyssey 2015 Touring. They did not have one to show, but suggested a better offer for the 2014 model. My wife and I decided to have them value a 2014 Touring and Elite. After looking at the prices and values, we were able to see greater value in teh Elite model. The sales manager came up to us, knowing our parameters and came to a value for our trade-in and purchase of the 2014 Elite model. Incredibly, we could not pass the offer up, without aurguing with anyone. We will be using this dealership again. The sales person, Duane helped follow-up with us through the remainder of the sale. He called and checked in on us even after the sale. Thanks Autonation

    A few weeks ago our car got totaled and we needed to get a car quickly. We found a 2011 Honda CRV online and submitted our interest via email. Duane called within 30 minutes. When our schedule wouldn't allow us to both visit the dealership for 3-4 days, Duane offered to bring the car to our house the next day to test drive it. We liked the car and Duane and the entire staff were very friendly and sincere throughout the purchase process, which was quick and hassle free. Thanks Duane!

    I bought my first Honda Accord in 2003, the second in 2008, and the third in 2012. I have loved each car and had researched extensively before my first purchase. AutoNation Honda on Covington Pike has provided excellent service for my vehicles for 11 years. The service personnel are always pleasant to work with, and I know that my vehicle receives professional service when needed. I could go to a location closer to my home but I started at the Covington Pike location and choose to continue my connection with them. Great company and personnel!

    EvenI did not buy a car from this dealer. I found this one is not friendly. I asked for the quote. the person told me I can not give you the prive unless you come here. Is it true? I know the price for specific car will be different, but almost all the dealers can give a general price range.

    I took my Honda in for service here several times after buying the car from the same dealership. Each time I asked for the 15k or 30k or 45k required maintenance and blindly accepted what they told me. Each service was rather expensive and after investigating I found out they were performing the "Dealer Recommended Maintenance" as well as the "severe driving" level of maintenance not the required maintenance that I had requested. We don't have any harsh conditions here so both were unnecessary. I switched dealerships and have never looked back. Educate yourself and get multiple quotes before you choose where to take your Honda.
    • This dealer said I needed over $600 for engine gaskets and new front CV boots. Independent tech changed the oil drain gasket and fixed the oil leak.Most Honda dealers seem to want to charge you for service needs they make up.Stick with the factory service requirements.

    My wife and I purchased a 2013 model Honda Accord . This was by far the easiest and most pleasant major purchase we have made in the 37 years of our marriage. The sales staff applied no pressure at all, went out of their way to find us the exact car we wanted and the entire transaction was almost effortless. It was the complete opposite of what we expected based on our past experiences in buying cars. The car is an absolute wonder of consumer technology. I can absolutely recommend this dealership and the 2013 Honda Accord.

    I bought a pre-certified Honda Accord from the Covington Pike location a few weeks ago. The experience was smooth and easy from the time I entered the lot to the time I left with the Accord.     Buying a new car was such a pleasant experience at this dealership for us that we highly recommend using the internet to do so. We chose this method to purchase our new Honda CR-V EX.     They did for me what the local area Honda dealers were not willing to do. The found me the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted and at a price we could all agree on! I had been looking for a CR-V in a certain color and had just about given up with I thought I found it on the Dobbs Honda website. I emailed the dealership and within an hour I was corresponding with Trent. When I found out the one on their lot wasn't the right CR-V for me, Trent found what I wanted and within 2 hours we had a deal made. I made the trip to Memphis the next day to finish the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Trent, his salesmanager Tyler and the F&I guy Mark were all wonderful to deal with. They made me feel like they appreciated my business and there were no "suprises" during the buying process. They have also been wonderful with follow up after the sale. I would not hesitate to make the 2.5 hour trip again the next time I am shopping for a new vehicle.

    The next morning, I noticed I had big scratches down the hood of the car. I took it in and Trent got it fixed it without any hesitation. I love my car! I feel like I got a very fair trade in on my 20 yr old beat up Honda Civic. The price that I paid for my new CRV was very close to Fair Market Value. There were options that were added to the car that weren't reflected in the selling price on the website. These options raised the selling price by about $3,000. Trent did explain that those options are added on by Honda. I do know that he's telling the truth. It's not their fault. Besides, the options were nice and were actually ones that I added, when I was playing around with the Build a Honda toy on the Honda website. I just didn't think it was entirely honest that they didn't show that price on the web. I did feel badgered by the guy who worked up my contract. I was in the chair for at least an hour, when I could have been out the door in 15 minutes. I truly felt like I wouldn't be allowed to leave, until I agreed to an extended warranty of some kind. He wasn't going to give me my contract, until I finally relented to a very small and basic plan that will afford me 8 years of mechanical protection and five years of coverage on my tires. He assumed credit for an extra $500 that my salesman (Trent) gave me towards the purchase of the new car. I thought that was hinky that he stole credit for something that the salesman did for me. He thought I didn't notice. Apparently, he thought I was stupid. I just let him do it and didn't say anything, because he seemed very proud of himself. He used the $500 as a bargaining tool to get me to purchase an extended maintenance plan. After he wore me down to a bloody nub, I agreed to the nominal maintenance plan, just so that I could get out of that freaking chair and go home. It only raised my monthly payment by about 20 dollars, and I figured it would be a good investment. God knows in Memphis, you'll pick up bolts and nails in your tires at least three times a year. I do understand he's just doing his job. But, I don't think it's good customer service to keep hammering on someone that long. I mean come on. We're talking about a Honda. I barely put any money into my old beater, until it turned 16 years old. Literally, I made my decision on the car that I wanted, before I even showed up on the lot. I worked with Trent over the phone and had it all figured out, right down to the financing. As soon as I knew that I'd get the lowest finance rate Honda financing offers, I was over there to sign the papers. I had picked out the car, on the web. I knew the color and style that I wanted. I had done my research on the web and I knew what I was willing to pay for the car. I even had a VIN number! As soon as my salesman got me the numbers that I wanted, I was ready to sign and get out of there. My salesman, Trent D., was wonderful to work with. He was truthful, respectful and moved things along quickly. I wish I had a separate grading option for "hassle free sale by the salesperson," because I'd give him 5 stars. I didn't feel like I was being jacked around with, just because I am a woman. He and I pretty much had struck the deal in about 30 minutes (that even includes the test drive), but the contract guy held me hostage in his office in that chair for at least an hour. Except for that part of the experience, I was completely satisfied with my purchase and haven't had a single moment of buyer's remorse. I would have given the experience 5 stars, if I didn't feel like my contract was withheld, until I agreed to buy a maintenance package.
