AutoNation Honda Covington Pike

I absolutely loved my experience there. While we were browsing the lot, no one was pushy or shadowing us. We were able to look at the cars we liked and discuss them pressure-free and approached them when we were ready. Everyone was friendly, and I am exceptionally thankful for Gary Bland and all of his help. He is very knowledgeable about cars and was extremely helpful--before, during, and after the car purchase. He made sure we understood how the car's tech worked before we left the lot and followed up with a quick text message the next day to make sure we didn't have any questions. When I initially came to Honda that day, I was not completely positive if I wanted to actually buy a car that day or just browse and return--but because of Mr. Bland's help, I was confident enough to make the purchase that day.
