simple, easy, straight forward and happy. i got everything i wanted from David and Covington Pike AutoNation Honda, Memphis TN. actually, this was second Honda i bought from this dealer. i had very good experience too last time. i promised i would recommend this dealer to my friends and colleagues. this is the right way to do business in a long run. i may buy another car later for my daughter in 3 years, thanks.
