    I dropped my car off at 8a.m., for a 9a.m., appointment and my car was not even looked at till after 12p.m., simple service to have a tire replaced. What is the point of requesting an appointment, if the appointment time is not going to be adhered to and customers physically waiting get priority. My car was left in disrepair by the technicians as they did not clean up behind themselves.

    Overall it was just OK. My appointment was set for 9 am and I was leaving the dealership at just after noon. A bit long for an oil change and tire rotation and system check

    I have been bringing my vehicle to this location for over 15 years as I bought my car brand new from this location. There has been a significant decline in the service over the years. I brought my car in for a regular scheduled oil change and they neglected to inform me that my car was leaking oil, nor did they document it on any of my paperwork. The service tech., (Tony Heeg) did not call me one time to provide an update regarding my vehicle. I had to call several times for updates and he still did not return my calls. The service manager stepped in to help and provide information regarding my car. As noted, I have been bringing my car here for years and the service is nothing compared to what it used to be and I don't think that management at this location cares about the declining service department.

    This dealership took 35 days to perform warranty work on my truck, it took over two weeks before they even diagnosed the problem. Had it not been for GM Care getting involved they wouldn't have even offered to provide a courtesy vehicle. Never once called me to keep me informed of the repair process, I always had to reach out to them to get updates. Messages left with the General Manager were never returned, he's such a clueless leader he didn't even know what a Component Coverage Letter was. Had it not been for GM Corporate getting involved I probably would still be without my truck.

    I called AutoNation on a Saturday with my request. The following Tuesday Ms. Rhonda found my 2023 GMC Yukon. I had one ordered through my local dealership, and it was taking forever to come in. The exact 2023 Yukon I wanted arrived at AutoNation Mendenhall & Ms. Rhonda called me. The very next day I drove from Alabama to Memphis, purchased and drove back home in MY new Yukon. She did what it took to make this Alabama girl HAPPY!!

    Best car buying experience I’ve had in a while autoNation did not gouge or charge over MSRP like other GMC dealerships in the local area. The salesman was focused on meeting my needs over trying to sell any vehicle he had on the lot. The salesman was informed about his product and aware of the competition. He was not afraid to say I don’t know, and then find the real answer
