    Car was serviced on a recall issue. Had received several notices concerning this recall during the past year and each time I called the parts were not in. Received the latest notice 2 weeks ago, called the next day and was scheduled for service within a few days. On day of service I was greeted by friendly and courteous staff, Lee, who gave me instructions on the time entailed for the repair and provided shuttle service to work. Shuttle driver very professional and courteous. Checked back with Lee in a couple of days to be sure of when the vehicle would be ready. It was available at the time given. Thank you to Ford for providing the staff to help in the fulfillment of this recall issue. The price was $0. I had to check a box to submit this review. You may want to consider those questions as optional instead of required. I almost changed my mind about submitting this review because those questions weren't relevant to my service.

    Despite having an appointment, I waited over 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Only updates were given when I specifically asked. Dealer also noted that brakes will need to be replaced soon, but offered no estimate.

  • Battery Reset

    When the battery is changed, there is a reset that needs to be performed by the dealer but is not mentioned in the manual. Received a very nice education on the workings of these fancy new cars and am very thankful for it.

    While traveling through Memphis we had a check engine light come on in our 2016 F250. My wife found Wolfchase Ford on her phone and we stopped to see if they could work us in. Barb Myers took great care of us and had us in and out in an hour and a half! They were able to diagnose and fix the problem (DEF tank heater) and covered everything under warantee.

    I loved this Place!! The customer service is Excellent and you feel like apart of the family instead of a stranger as soon as you are on the lot!!! I ending up purchasing a 07 Grand Marquis. My Sales Rep Kyle was awesome and he worked with me till the very end. I picked up my car the next day and Kyle made sure the car was clean and out and full of gas!! I would definitely getting my Next car here!!! They take good care of their cars and customers!

    Tommy is the best to buy from. Just tell him what your looking for and he will hook you up. They are all friendly and the process is always quick when buying a vehicle from them. Also love Barbara and Nick in the service department if you need a scheduled maintenance.
