Dealership Service Review
Car was serviced on a recall issue. Had received several notices concerning this recall during the past year and each time I called the parts were not in. Received the latest notice 2 weeks ago, called the next day and was scheduled for service within a few days. On day of service I was greeted by friendly and courteous staff, Lee, who gave me instructions on the time entailed for the repair and provided shuttle service to work. Shuttle driver very professional and courteous. Checked back with Lee in a couple of days to be sure of when the vehicle would be ready. It was available at the time given. Thank you to Ford for providing the staff to help in the fulfillment of this recall issue. The price was $0. I had to check a box to submit this review. You may want to consider those questions as optional instead of required. I almost changed my mind about submitting this review because those questions weren't relevant to my service.
