    I made an appointment on the dealer's website - and their system acknowledged my appointment , and clearly spelled out the purpose of the appointment was to correct a safety recall on my new Ford vehicle. When I arrived for my appointment what happened next can only be described as a total clown show. They claimed to not to be expecting me, they claimed not to have the parts for the recall, they "took my info" and claimed to get back with me ... that was several months ago .. still total radio silence .. What a horrible way to "support" customers and new products !

    My truck was in your shop for 27 days. This is a joke and I will be using another place to do my business with Stop texting me.

    I took my F-150 in for an oil change a new gas cap several months ago. Lee had to order the part for the gas cap, and did a great job of keeping me updated. However, I needed to get my truck back and when I went back several months later, Lee still had the part ready for the install!!!!

    My visit was very pleasant and I recommend to others! I looked at other dealers prior to going to Ford and I was unimpressed. Thank you to the Ford staff. The finance manager Marcus was excellent and my dealer Tiffiney was the best! They made the process smooth!

    I’ve had my truck serviced here several times they have struggled to get my air pressure in tires correct. I had to replace my drivers side headlight lens a couple months ago this time I had to replace the other side the price was twice as much from approx. $200.00 to $400.00. Felt like that was just ridiculous...

    Ford did exceptional work on my Ford Edge. Work was completed very quickly. While I waited Ford provided me with a courtesy vehicle till my vehicle was completed.

    I brought my truck in for clunking noise when hitting our infamous pot holes. The service person that was assisting was very upfront as to when I might get my truck back and it was not looking good due to the back log created by the virus. It was decided that I would leave my truck and just have to wait for the work to be done. To my surprise I got a call with the estimate of the repair and additional work that I was requesting. By the next door got the call to come get the truck that was repaired and serviced. That is why I continue to use this Dealership to service all of my Ford vehicles

  • Never Found the Problem

    AutoNation is a great place to bring your car, but my last experience with them was awful. I brought my car in for a small minor issue for hesitation that was not there before they changed my Transfer Case out. My car runs like crap now. I bring my car to the dealer and spend the extra money to get my car fixed because they suppose to have all the tools to troubleshoot. The mechanics that worked on my car must be inexperienced. I also went to check on my car and it was left outside in the rain. This experience bothered me because I did not have any major problems in the beginning. My goal was to get the car in tip-top condition. The other part that frustrates me the most is I am having financial problems and cannot fix my car now, because after leaving there, I spent money trying to find the issue. I am all spent out now. I have to suffer from the noise as it gets louder and worst. Others tell me to take it AutoNation but the people at AutoNation are coming off like they do not care about my car (they left it in the rain) and that makes me feel like I am the problem. Last, it took 6 weeks just for them to tell me nothing about my car. I had to go back and ask for a rental car for the last week. When I got my car back, the problem still was not fixed. I don't think I will be going back. I cannot afford to. I have had bad experiences with car service in my 50 years of living, but by far, this was the worst experience at the worst time of my life. I wanted to prevent spending more on my car by catching a problem before it got worse but instead, it is the opposite.

    The service management and the service team were unable to duplicate the problem at this time. I believe they were sincere in their efforts! I was instructed to return when and while the problem was occurring and find a member of the service management team. I’ve had several different Ford vehicles serviced at this dealership, over the years, and have always been very satisfied with the overall experience and results!
