onI made an appointment on the dealer's website - and their system acknowledged my appointment , and clearly spelled out the purpose of the appointment was to correct a safety recall on my new Ford vehicle. When I arrived for my appointment what happened next can only be described as a total clown show. They claimed to not to be expecting me, they claimed not to have the parts for the recall, they "took my info" and claimed to get back with me ... that was several months ago .. still total radio silence .. What a horrible way to "support" customers and new products !
