Dealership Service Review
Went into dealer to get the 20K PM. That part went great. However, when I mentioned that I may have an electrical issue with my 2022 F150. Things went south. The service agent said, if my problem required a diagnostic, I had to leave my truck with the dealer. Current wait time was two weeks….. I said what ? I asked if I could make an appointment two weeks out… Service advisor said no. That not the way we do it. You must leave your truck here with us. Also said,, at one time it was 6 weeks. Why should anyone go without their new car/truck for this length of time in order to get a new car defect repaired.. This is ridiculous and unreasonable. So needless to say, I just had the PM accomplished.
