  • Sunshade broke after getting sunroof leak fixed

    Took vehicle to Serra to get a blocked sunroof drain cleared and after spending $1,200+ on that, the power sunshade broke after the 4th use after getting the drain fixed. So now I have to take my vehicle back to the dealer and deal with this issue.....

  • Service Department will attempt to Void your Warranty

    The service department is trying to void my warranty by stating my Silverado has been in a wreck. I bought the truck new from Serra and it has never been in any wreck since I’ve owned it. This information is also corroborated by the fact there is no official report of a wreck or any such repairs (CarFax, Insurance Company, GM). The Service Manager is providing false information to the Regional Warranty Representative in an effort to “sell” this claim upwards to GM. This is beyond lying and is approaching fraud. I will be telling my issues to all of my friends, family, and the organizations I race with, SCCA and N.A.S.A., and advising them to not deal with Serra and likely avoid Chevrolet all together.

    Very helpful and nice. Everyone seems really friendly. Definitely helped out being to pick up my truck after service closed.

    Our service advisor, Mr. Chenault, was wonderful! He worked hard to get us in and out and explained how our part would be fixed. Prior to that even, the service manager spoke with me to confirm the part would even be in before I made the early Saturday morning drive into the dealership (we live about 40 min.). Excellent service from everyone!!!

    I came in for an oil change and inspection for a bottom end rattle on my SS Camaro, and they took care of me without an appointment. I own two Chevrolets, and only trust Serra with them. Thanks!

    I always have a great experience when I come to Serra, from the day I bought my truck and even now when I bring it in for service. I have had my Chevy Avalanche for 10 years now and Serra keeps it running like new. If there are issues with my truck they are sure to advise me on what's best and most needed.

  • Exceptional service

    I was traveling from LA to TN for the weekend when my service engine light came on. I explained my situation and the service department was extremely helpful even noticing that my breaks needed immediate attention as well. They provided me with a loaner car and repaired my suburban within the work day!!

    I plan to support GM cars and dealerships such as Serra Chevrolet in the future if they can eliminate the bad odors from my ac/heating system and allow me to get a replacement car. They have yet to locate and fix the problem after several notifications and visits. I spoke to the service manager and was advised to wait. I also asked for a loaner car if they needed to keep it overnight a few days. Additionally, I asked them if I could swap my car and get a Camero to replace the Malibu due to the problems I'm incurring. I plan to pay it off earlier than scheduled. I wished they had given me the 2013 Malibu vs the 2012 Malibu based on my down payment but they told me there were more rebates on the 2012 at that time. And Josh, Joshua, and Mr. Norton were very prompt and courteous. P.S. Please asked the service and sales departments to allow me to swap out my car ASAP until they can correct the problems with my Malibu and you all will be gracefully appreciated.

    My wife and I own 2 Chevrolet Camaros, and I only let the service department at Serra Chevrolet work on them. They are honest, do great work, and are a pleasure to deal with. Tyler was my Service Adviser at this last trip to the dealer, and he was great, as always. I really appreciate everyone's work at Serra. I'll always come back to you guys for any service needs.

  • Fingerprints

    Had a question about repair and technician was made available to answer.+. Work seems technically done well. Only complaint is that technician left grease fingerprints around the area he was working (steering column for power assist recall item). I was not happy with that. As a recall technical service bulletin-no charge for work. Drove me back to my home after car drop off; offerred loaner car.

    Josh took in my 2010 Camaro SS for some repairs, and although the job was a little on the difficult side, you guys did a great job on it, and I'm really happy with the results. Josh stayed in contact with me to ensure that I knew what was going on with my car, and I really appreciate that. I now have two SS Camaros, and I wouldn't let anybody else work on them but Serra Chevrolet. Thanks!
