Dealership Service Review
The service department is trying to void my warranty by stating my Silverado has been in a wreck. I bought the truck new from Serra and it has never been in any wreck since I’ve owned it. This information is also corroborated by the fact there is no official report of a wreck or any such repairs (CarFax, Insurance Company, GM). The Service Manager is providing false information to the Regional Warranty Representative in an effort to “sell” this claim upwards to GM. This is beyond lying and is approaching fraud. I will be telling my issues to all of my friends, family, and the organizations I race with, SCCA and N.A.S.A., and advising them to not deal with Serra and likely avoid Chevrolet all together.
