Dealership Service Review
I plan to support GM cars and dealerships such as Serra Chevrolet in the future if they can eliminate the bad odors from my ac/heating system and allow me to get a replacement car. They have yet to locate and fix the problem after several notifications and visits. I spoke to the service manager and was advised to wait. I also asked for a loaner car if they needed to keep it overnight a few days. Additionally, I asked them if I could swap my car and get a Camero to replace the Malibu due to the problems I'm incurring. I plan to pay it off earlier than scheduled. I wished they had given me the 2013 Malibu vs the 2012 Malibu based on my down payment but they told me there were more rebates on the 2012 at that time. And Josh, Joshua, and Mr. Norton were very prompt and courteous. P.S. Please asked the service and sales departments to allow me to swap out my car ASAP until they can correct the problems with my Malibu and you all will be gracefully appreciated.
