    I was very pleased with the total process of leasing a vehicle from yrtle Beach Mercedes. My salesman, Dick Secrist, was extremely personable and helpful. He and the rest of the staff made me enjoy the entire process of leasing my vehicle.

    Purchasing this vehicle at Mercedes-Benz Myrtle Beach exceeded my expectations with regard to the Sales Person, the Concierge and Finance. The whole process was seamless and I drove away in my new car confident that I would have the dealership's support in all aspects of my ownership.

    I am so disappointed with my experience at this dealership! I will certainly never buy from here again, nor own another Mercedes in my life. I purchased a C300 after test driving it for about 2 miles. We were not allowed to go any further. I actually only drove for about a mile, maybe 1 1/2 because the sales associate had to get it away from the lot, park it in an empty parking lot, then allowed me to drive, mostly in just the parking lot. You can't tell much about a car in 10 minutes. He was completely rushing me. However, I decided to get the car anyways (my last car was totaled and I have gone about 3 weeks without one). Drove the car home and it rained horrendously. The slowest windshield wiper speed didn't even work, and the blades were terribly! On top of that, the so called "lumbar support" leather seat was extremely uncomfortable no matter how much I adjusted it. I got out of the car with a horrible backache. The very next day I decided to return the car. While most Mercedes Benz dealerships offer a 48 hour full-refund return policy, I was told I would only have a 10 day "grace period" to exchange the car for another Mercedes. The customer service I received was horrible. I am disgusted and will be doing whatever it takes to return the car and I will never purchase another Mercedes again! You would think the oldest car manufacturer in the world would know a thing or two about customer service, but evidently not. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of MB of Myrtle Beach.

    Great experience all around. I ordered the car to get what I wanted, colors, accessories, etc. Salesfolks were great (Damien and BD). They spent time orienting me to the cars features and operations. When I got home and had some additional questions, they were answered quickly and completely. I would recommend Myrtle Beach Automotive highly.

    Been buying cars a long time and this was by far the best dealership/experience I have ever had. I cant say enough about my salesman Jacob Vinson whose knowledge and professionalism made the whole process a pleasure.

    I was very pleased with my purchasing experience. I have had many auto buying experiences with several different dealers in several states. I felt my experience at MB Automotive was fair and they were quite reasonable. I was pleased with the customer service and with my salesperson, Daniel.

    John did a great job from the test drives to the ease in reaching closing! The dealership had a good supply of cars on hand. We had done a fair amount of research beforehand including what we felt were fair prices for both parties. They worked to keep us from going elsewhere to buy. It was a much better buying experience than is typical!

    I received a letter in the mail to trade in my 2014 mercedes and get a 2017 mercedes for a lower payment. That intrigued me, so my husband checked it out and I went up a few days later. I meet with JW Brigham and he listened to what I wanted and DELIVERED! I have dealt with JW for my last 3 or 4 mercedes and I would not want to purchase from anyone else! :)

    I have never had such a pleasant experience while buying a car. None of the usual high pressure sales tactics and everyone especially Thomas Johnson was helpful and pleasant. the Finance Manager Matt was pleasant and very professional. Thank You All !

    My old(er) X5 developed mechanical problems on the way to Wilmington. I retreated to Myrtle Beach, left my car with these guys. They put me in a loaner (new with only a couple of miles). I ended up buying a car from them, they were very easy to deal with and very nice. Great deal. 100% happy.

    I've been a Cadillac owner for the last 20 yrs they price me out of range, I met with Daniel Busby, and I was just looking but he convince me to buy a CLA250 great car rides better than on Cadillac very happy

    Every person at the dealership went beyond expectations! We love the car and everyone who was patient with our decision making process! Our salesman was terrific, as was the business manager, the sales manager, and the BMW expert that explained the car to us!

    While driving by, I saw a red Mercedes Benz that caught my eye. We pulled in "just to look" and ended up buying a white GLK 350. The entire experience was a positive one. We especially liked Daniel and Lynette. I am pleased with everything.
