I called on the phone about a BMW I saw online and he answered the phone and answered my questions about the car. He even… answered my questions about the CarFax report. I live a few hours away from the dealership and Jacob was kind enough to get inside the vehicle, take pictures with his cell phone and send them to me. What I appreciated the most about Jacob was his honesty! He wasn't just trying to sell me a car, he actually showed he cared about what I wanted. He was never "pushy." He was eager to help me in any way he could and I couldn't be more grateful. He made my 1st BMW purchase an experience I wont forget. When I am ready to trade up into a newer model or buy again, I will return to Myrtle Beach BMW! Oh and the buying process is easy and doesn't take too much of your time at all. They have very CLEAN showrooms, waiting areas, restrooms and convenient complimentary items! If you want a BMW or a Mercedes Benz, go here & ask for Jacob, you wont be disappointed! Paperwork was all done and with only a few signatures we were done with everything. Made sure they introduced me to all of the key… people. Spent as much time as I wanted going over the vehicle to make sure I was familiar with everything. Cannot say enough. My best car buying experience ever.Great dealeership

We emailed the sales rep. and he organized the repair, and a loaner car which was driven to our residence 70 miles away.… The car was driven for the repair, returned the next day. Everything was handled professionally.Great experience
by r44chopper on 12/21/2015The first thing I'd like to say is that Steve, my salesman, is very atypical. Most salesmen have taken a couple classes in how to sell. And you have to sit there and listen to the cliches and strategies, which they talk to you as if you… are teenager. Sadly that works with most of the public, but I hate it. Steve was just a guy, helping to make a decision, and chatting about life. At the end I actually thanked him for not being a [non-permissible content removed]. He laughed. I ordered a car, and it came when he said it would, even tho I didn't believe they could make it in 4 weeks. But they did. I also researched the hell out of what my trade in would be worth. The results were a range between 25 and 30 according to BB - some, and black book. They gave me 28.5, even though at that point they had me in a poor negotiation position, as I had already taken the new car. So they are fair. And nice. It was by far the most pleasant purchase I've ever made!Mercedes purchase

I had specific thoughts of what I wanted and he listened carefully in order to please my… needs. Being from California was a bit of a challenge with long distant details. Jacob met the challenge and I am in a beautiful C250 today. Jacob said "he comes with the car and the Mercedes relationship of service is his number one concern. They were great, quick, gave me the number they gave to me over email for my trade-in, and gave me a great price on a used car.… They even got my financing for a 10 year old car (very rare, most financial institutions don't finance anything older than 7 years)! 10/10 experience, will be back to buy a new car in the future! I also live in Charleston, so the drive was 2 hours there and back, and it was well worth it! Thank you guys!Great Service

With no questions asked, they put me in a loaner vehicle and within 2 days, had my vehicle ready to go, washed and detailed,… and all at no cost. I never once felt I was getting the run around. Thomas Jackson in sales was a straight shooter making the purchase painless, and Matt Taylor in the service department did an outstanding job expediting my repair.
