    In a time when so many businesses are suffering from shortages in good employees, one of the main things I like about this dealership is the customer experience. The facility is clean and spacious, and the technicians are can-do people. Shane came out to my Jeep to see if he could see if he could answer my questions and resolve them, which we did. I can't recall the name of the other customer service technician, but she was very good at giving me clear information I could understand about a fuel additive and about the type of oil I needed. The waiting area is clean and attractive. I was surprised when the technician walked me out to where my Jeep was parked and it had been washed for me! So nice to leave with a sparkling clean car :-)

    The service staff were extremely helpful and accommodating above and beyond when I needed some emergency service. Shane sourced the part required and got my Jeep in for service quickly. Nate the shuttle driver was so polite and friendly as well. All in all I would recommend them.

    The best establishment I have been to looking for a vehicle!! Auto nation has definitely hands down changed the game when dealing with customers trying to buy a vehicle!!! The salesman listens to what I wanted and new I was trading In vehicle!! I got a great trade in value and great price on vehicle . They walk you through the vehicle and explain how the vehicle works and set my phone up to vehicle and showed me everything that the vehicle has to offer.. very pleased with how they treat you like family here!! Finance department also was extremely helpful and very nice.. he got my parents to where I wanted and still got the things I needed and wanted warranty wise!!! I will be coming back and sending anybody in the market to this place!!! It’s an experience that you have to see first hand and only then can you understand how much of a great dealership all the way around!!!! Best dealership I’ve ever been too!!!! And they have your best interest alm the way around!!!

    I’ve had two emergency visits due to tires losing air. This dealer made time immediately to take care if the problems so I was not stranded. Additionally, they quickly ordered me new tires which will be installed this week. The staff is always professional and personable. I know I can always depend on them to find the soirce of an issue and make needed repair.

  • Simple Oil Change

    I had an appointment for 11:00 am to have the oil changed on my wife’s 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and decided to drop it off at 8:00 am and get a ride home via the Courtesy Shuttle. The check in process went extremely smoothly, and the shuttle was ready to leave immediately. At about 10:00 am, I got a call to notify me that the car is ready. Unfortunately, I had an appointment and wouldn’t be ready to pick it until at least 1:00 pm . At 1:15 pm, the service department called and asked if I was ready for the shuttle to pick me up. This whole process moved smoothly and the service department did everything they could do to make it so.

  • Mediocre at best

    Our sales person was very friendly, but the overall experience was mediocre at best. Went in to purchase a car my spouse had viewed earlier in the day. While we were in there, our sales person was needed for another sale and instead of having one of the 4-5 people standing around assist, they kept us waiting for almost half an hour. Discovered a crack in the windshield two days after purchase (it had been raining since purchase), and they refuse to fix it. Three days later, I’m getting emails and calls at work asking me to send proof of insurance, which I gave them twice the night of purchase before we left. This place needs a lot of wrinkles ironed out.

  • service needs work

    Dropped car off for routine service (oil change and update Uconnect). Agreed to overnight. 2 days later still had heard nothing back from dealer on status. Calls were not answered by service department. This is a long-term problem that we had experienced in the past, so we just went to dealer to reclaim our car. Computer update had been completed, but oil change had not. They had vehicle for three days and job was incomplete with no phone calls to update us with status. Service manager recognized the phone problem as something that has been continuing due to a central answering system with Autonation. They then completed the oil change while we waited and then dropped the charges.
