Simple Oil Change

onI had an appointment for 11:00 am to have the oil changed on my wife’s 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and decided to drop it off at 8:00 am and get a ride home via the Courtesy Shuttle. The check in process went extremely smoothly, and the shuttle was ready to leave immediately. At about 10:00 am, I got a call to notify me that the car is ready. Unfortunately, I had an appointment and wouldn’t be ready to pick it until at least 1:00 pm . At 1:15 pm, the service department called and asked if I was ready for the shuttle to pick me up. This whole process moved smoothly and the service department did everything they could do to make it so.
