onDropped car off for routine service (oil change and update Uconnect). Agreed to overnight. 2 days later still had heard nothing back from dealer on status. Calls were not answered by service department. This is a long-term problem that we had experienced in the past, so we just went to dealer to reclaim our car. Computer update had been completed, but oil change had not. They had vehicle for three days and job was incomplete with no phone calls to update us with status. Service manager recognized the phone problem as something that has been continuing due to a central answering system with Autonation. They then completed the oil change while we waited and then dropped the charges.
