    Thank you so much to the Receptionist and Sales Manager and team working Saturday Dec 30th at around 4pm! I really appreciate your assistance in helping me with my key fob. I purchased my Lexus several years ago in Virgina and was in town visiting my Mom when my key fob died and would no longer crank my car. The Sales team (in the absence of the Service team who had left for the day) quickly stepped into the breach and helped me get on the road again.

    I did not purchase my vehicle from Jim Hudson. However I did need a service company. I go to this location for all my service needs. I have never recieved anything but 5 star service. From the time you are greeted at the service bay all the way through the process. My usual advisor is Matthew Johnson. Great at explaining what is and/or needs to be done. Always done right the first time and on time. Highly recommended

    Do not buy a vehicle from this company, Jim Hudson Umbrella. As if you don't buy their car you're not worth their time or treated like a person. And per the sales manager if you buy a Lexus and bring it there you are still treated completely different and not given the same customer service as someone who did buy their vehicle from this dealership. All they care about is selling vehicles from their lots. I will not buy my next vehicle from this dealer or umbrella of dealer. And it will not be a Lexus as Lexus customer service doesn't seem to care how dealers treat customers that buy their product.

    I had the greatest experience at Jim Hudson. I have purchased 4 Lexus's since 1998 and 3 of them have come from Jim Hudson. I have had the same salesman there and he is the greatest. I drive 1 hour to visit this dealership because they are worth it. They are top notch all the way around and go out of their way to make you happy!

    I had an appointment at 8:30 AM, I was called at 4:00 PM and was told, that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the dealership at 5:00 PM, I was told my vehicle was in cleanup. So I said I would come back the next day and get it. I returned the following day at 9:00 AM, my vehicle was sitting in the the service bay, and had not been serviced, I was told that the service tech had droped the ball. I was given a new battery for my trouble. What can of mess is this! Since a new service manager has been placed, service is much better!

    I was sitting with a sales person, talking about purchasing a LS460. And another sales person came and got the keys, and gave them to another customer to test drive, before I test drove the vehicle. And I was asked could I wait until the vehicle return.

  • Disappointed About Online Used Car Sales

    Today, I contacted Jim Hudson Lexus about a CPO Lexus they had posted online. While they answered my first question about the availability of the car suggesting a visit and test drive, the answer to my follow up question took me aback. I saw on CarFax that the vehicle was in an accident - rear ended with 'functional' damage. I politely asked to help me understand what happened to the car. Here the response I got- "I can only go by what the carfax says, and it sounds like it was pretty minor. I can tell you that if the airbags didn't deploy and the car was driven from the scene, it was probably cosmetic only. The car is certified, so there was definitely nothing major." The car was posted as a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus and I was trying to understand what the damage was about. Also, the car was priced almost $3,000 above KBB and I wanted to be sure that I wouldn't have to make a 250-mile trip to the dealer without having at least some understanding of the condition of the car. I don't know the dealer but cannot recommend his used car department to anybody searching for cars online.
