I had an appointment at 8:30 AM, I was called at 4:00 PM and was told, that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the dealership at 5:00 PM, I was told my vehicle was in cleanup. So I said I would come back the next day and get it. I returned the following day at 9:00 AM, my vehicle was sitting in the the service bay, and had not been serviced, I was told that the service tech had droped the ball. I was given a new battery for my trouble. What can of mess is this! Since a new service manager has been placed, service is much better!
