onThank you so much to the Receptionist and Sales Manager and team working Saturday Dec 30th at around 4pm! I really appreciate your assistance in helping me with my key fob. I purchased my Lexus several years ago in Virgina and was in town visiting my Mom when my key fob died and would no longer crank my car. The Sales team (in the absence of the Service team who had left for the day) quickly stepped into the breach and helped me get on the road again.
