Very Satisfied Viti Mercedes-Benz Customer
by DSJackson on 09/12/2018After months of research and numerous disappointing attempts to purchase a 2018 Mercedes-Benz 4x4 Sprinter, I eventually located Viti Mercedes-Benz in Tiverton, Rhode Island and left as very satisfied customer with the vehicle I'd been… searching for. From the beginning, I was immediately impressed with the quick return contact I'd received from Viti's Commercial Brand Manager Robert "Bob" Fioravanti and his direct, no-nonsense handling of my initial questions. He not only handled the initial contact professionally, but also maintained the same level of professionalism in each followup e-mail and phone call throughout the process. After numerous communications and addressing all questions and concerns, I was willing to fly from the western U.S. to the east coast to purchase the vehicle from their dealership. Bob and all other Viti staff members I came in contact with, including the dealership's owner, provided the high quality level of assistance expected from any Mercedes-Benz dealership throughout the process; including Bob picking me up from the airport an driving me to the dealership prior to finalizing the transaction. I would highly recommend contacting Viti Mercedes-Benz of Tiverton, Rhode Island if considering purchasing a Sprinter; and, would assume if looking to purchase any other types of vehicles as well, that you would leave as a very satisfied customer as I have as you move through the process.Purchase and service
by efdc02739 on 06/29/2018I leased then purchased an XC60- Ocean Series from Viti Volvo Tiverton. I absolutely love this car! his is my fifth Volvo (S60, S 80, XC 70) and by far my favorite. The sale was smooth and simple, the "training" to use the care features… was extensive and service has been excellent. . My Service Manager makes me feel that I am a very important customer. This is by far one of the better dealerships that I have ever dealt with.Thank you for being a valued customer here at Viti Volvo and for your purchase on a New Volvo XC60! New lease
by Emerory12 on 04/05/2018I just leased my third Volvo at Vitti in Tiverton, RI. This is my fourth volvo all together. I have been completely satisfied with all the services I receice at Vitti Volvo. My Sales Manager goes far beyond my expectations. He is very… honest with me when deciding what vehicle would be good for my present needs. He never pushes me into something that would exceed my budget but he always seems to find me a perfect car. Also the Service Dept is wonderful. They make me feel that I am a very important customer. This is by far one of the better dealerships that I have ever dealt with.Thank you for letting us know you are pleased with Viti for all of your car needs. Avoid this dealership at all cost
by carbuyer315 on 10/15/2016I attempted to purchase a new Volvo XC70 T5 platinum wagon from this dealership. We agreed on a price. I had the money prepared to pay them and had the car insured with my insurance company. When I received instructions for the closing, the… "business manager" send me an email - there was the number that we had agreed on as "agreed price" and another number that was higher and described as what I owed them. I asked what that number was and she said it was another fee that we had not discussed nor negotiated. When I discussed this matter with the general sales manager, he did not apologize nor remove the added fee. I explained that when a number is "agreed," it means just that. After catching him and his dealership in the lie and the deceit, he said he didn't want to sell me the car. I was "fired" as a potential customer. If you have principles, and believe that people should be honest and conduct business honestly, you will avoid this dealership at all cost. They are not people with whom to do business.Viti Volvo best in RI

Purchased a 2013 Volvo XC70 wagon - sales staff knowledgeable, professional and very customer service oriented. Viti is a full service dealership - I'd give it a five… star rating!Volvo of Tiverton

The dealership picked up the car at our home and when they brought it back with the remote starter the driver didn't know how to show us how to operate the remote starter becasue as he said he was… unfamilar with Volvos he only knew Mercedes-Benz. We also had winter mats installed and they are the most unappealing for the car and we would have been better off purchasing the mats from an automotive store. This dealership doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating
