We also had a remote car starter installed. The dealership picked up the car at our home and when they brought it back with the remote starter the driver didn't know how to show us how to operate the remote starter becasue as he said he was unfamilar with Volvos he only knew Mercedes-Benz. We also had winter mats installed and they are the most unappealing for the car and we would have been better off purchasing the mats from an automotive store. This dealership doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating
