I attempted to purchase a new Volvo XC70 T5 platinum wagon from this dealership. We agreed on a price. I had the money prepared to pay them and had the car insured with my insurance company. When I received instructions for the closing, the "business manager" send me an email - there was the number that we had agreed on as "agreed price" and another number that was higher and described as what I owed them. I asked what that number was and she said it was another fee that we had not discussed nor negotiated. When I discussed this matter with the general sales manager, he did not apologize nor remove the added fee. I explained that when a number is "agreed," it means just that. After catching him and his dealership in the lie and the deceit, he said he didn't want to sell me the car. I was "fired" as a potential customer. If you have principles, and believe that people should be honest and conduct business honestly, you will avoid this dealership at all cost. They are not people with whom to do business.
