Amazing first time car buying experience

I fell in love with the 2019 Rav 4 in a certain exterior and interior color while including all the interior upgrades and he made my dream a… possibility. I ran into some “different” types of salesman along my car shopping journey and I appreciate his up front honest and friendly personality and the time he took with me. Ms. Kroft somehow managed the difficult balance of working with a reluctant customer using a low key but persistent style of persuasion.
