I requested a new 2018 Rav 4 Hybrid Limited in a specific color. The car was not available in their local inventory, but Tim Brillhart searched and coordinated getting me exactly the car I wanted. He knew exactly how to locate and arrange for the car to be available for pickup in only a few day. He was amazing.
