Not customer friendly

When one calls the service department, all one gets is voicemail...and hope they call you back! Not friendly or customer oriented. I would never go to this dealer if they were the last on earth. I cannot get my recall taken care of through them as they simply do not care. I will find a caring, friendly dealer even if they are much farther away than this one.
