    Doug was awesome! Very personable and really showed he cared about my situation and wanting to help. The team went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent, and that's exactly what i tell people who ask me about my new car. I could not have had a better experience in buying a new vehicle! Many thanks to Doug and the team!

    Very nice ,quick and efficient ... mechanic really seems to take the work seriously and to best of ability of the mechanic also very friendly service

    easy to get timely appointment, diagnosis within time frame quoted(almost). good explanation of diagnosis, also will perform warranty repair upon return visit

  • My story of coming in for service and leaving with a new vehicle.

    Although I came into the service department for the annual inspection and emissions test. I did not know I would be driving away the next day with a brand new vehicle. My great service manager Victoria, broke the news to me, very easily, that my car needed a lot of work to pass inspections, more money than my 2007 RAV4 with almost 150,000 miles was worth. She told me she had someone that could assist me in getting in the right vehicle, and Dan "the man" Murray Sir. He walked me all over the lots looking at used and new RAV4 on the lot. We went in and ran some numbers. Buying a used vehicle did not make since, for the year of the vehicle and the payments. Next was buying a new vehicle. That was not going to happen either. Money was just to tight to make either work, nothing that Dan "the man" Murray Sir, was able to do, would allow me (us) could afford. The next option to do would be to lease a vehicle and that fit our budget. Dan the Man Sir, never gave up on the process and was just as pleasant to me as when I first met him. Thank You, Dan "the man" Murray Sir.

    Open lines of communication and notification of costs to consider before doing the service then allowing providing a non-pressure opportunity to consider services that could wait for future appointments.

    very prompt and didn't make me do an oil change when it wasn't necessary. Cleaned car was nice. will be back in 10,000 mile check up

    I put a request out through Truecar and was contacted the next day by a Spitzer representative. She answered my questions through text, which was my preferred method of communication because of my work. She set up an appointment for me and sent a confirmation through e-mail. I had done a lot of research before I went into the dealership so I had narrowed it down to two models. When I arrived, Dan asked me a couple more questions then showed me the vehicles. He and the rest of the staff was friendly very knowledgeable but not pushy. The whole process went very smoothly. I love the vehicle I decided on and would go to Spitzer again.

    Jamie the sales manager made my car buying experience very easy. He went out of his way to make things easy for me. Which is why I ended up buying my Tacoma from spitzer...from the sales manager,to the sales man who did my paper work ,to the finance it was an easy process..all the guys where great..and most of all fast and efficient

    It was a no pressure situation to buy...or not to buy. The salesman (Geoff Posey) was excellent, friendly, personable, and funny. It made for a very pleasant experience that I was actually dreading, and very stressed out about. Thank you for helping to alleviate my anxiety!!!!!

    the sales rep. that worked with me went out of his way to answer all of my questions. no matter how big or how small the question was. the entire time he worked with me I had his undivided attention.
